At Oyiza, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. All products are made to order based on your sizing or custom measurements provided. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
Sizing and Measurements:
- Kindly visit our size guide to confirm your sizing.
- Alternatively, you may leave your own measurements in the custom sizing notes when placing an order.
Alterations:
- We accept alterations for all domestic orders if the fit is not as desired.
- To request alterations, please email info@oyiza.co within 3 days of receiving your order.
- A return address will be provided to you for sending the item back for alterations.
- Each customer is entitled to free alterations on their first order.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- For faulty or damaged items, Oyiza offers repairs or replacements.
- Please send imagery of the issue, your order number, and contact details to info@oyiza.co within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty. Please read and follow the washing instructions on the care label.
Important Note:
- The customer is liable for any expenses that arise from selecting wrong sizes or providing inaccurate measurements.
